Nowadays, we all have a lot of sources of getting knowledge about anything. For this purpose, there are several institutions all over the world. Modern culture of urbanisation has now made it accessible to get knowledge from anywhere and anytime. What a wonderful technology we all have!!
Still some questions!!
Does the knowledge accessible everywhere mean full-proof knowledge? Are we accessible to the real source of knowledge? Where will we be, if we are accessible to get real knowledge? Are we getting really educated or aren’t we fooled for the sake of modernity? At last, what does real knowledge mean?

Let’s start our discussion by diving into the divine pool of Vedic knowledge to get our answers!!
In Bhagavad Gita (13.8-12), The Supreme Personality of Godhead while describing the eighteen aspects of knowledge, says, “All these I declare to be knowledge, and besides this whatever
there may be is ignorance.” Those institutions who teach about these aspects of knowledge, are in factual, teaching. Otherwise, they are simply cheating.
The Supreme Lord, in BG(18.70), says,” “And I declare that he who studies this sacred conversation of ours worships Me by His intelligence.” In BG(18.71), He says, “And one who listens with faith and without envy becomes free from sinful reactions and attains to the auspicious planets where the pious dwell.”
What people says, “O!! I had already read Bhagavad Gita in my childhood…. let me read newspaper” or “I will read when my old age will welcome me.”
Both are rascals. If one claim that he had actually read, then he would not be interested in reading mundane literatures, what we call as the pilgrimage for crows. And if one is claiming to read in future, then he may not be so able to do so with dwindling age or cripple-mindedness as offered by mundane knowledge.
Srila Prabhupada says, that modern rascals have no books for transcendental realisation. Then, how could it be possible that we say that they are
educated. If one is really educated, then he will surely claim that such education will protect him from the miserable clutches of death. But, it is not possible. And, thus everyone is in fear today. Even, educated people are committing more suicides out of fear. It shows that we are getting fooled for the sake of getting name, fame and glory.
There is a popular saying, ‘vidhya dadati vinayam’ meaning real knowledge offers us humility. We have to check whether such institutions are giving us humble leaders for future or not.
One would really be humble if he knows about the self. But there is not even an institution so far all over the world that teach about the science of self.
Then, how could one say that he is getting educated, if he is not educated about who he is?
Real knowledge leads to path of self-realisation. Ultimately, real knowledge leads us to Godhead, our eternal home.
Access to the real knowledge is through a bonafide spiritual master. A bonafide spiritual master has the key to the entry door of Goloka Vrindavana. We need to be submissive to him, surrender to him and ask inquiries about the transcendental knowledge. Trial to enter to Goloka Vrindavana as an intruder is not benefitting at all. Perhaps, today’s so-called educational institutions are teaching how to be captivated in this mundane world and get terrible slaps of Mrs. Maya Madam. What a miserable situation today!!
Srila Prabhupada says,”… So before your next death in this world, become a very adept student of spiritual perfection and achieve it.”
Let’s get ourselves out of this dreadful situation. Let’s get enrolled ourselves to get Real Education by keeping ourselves updated with the eternal and blissful knowledge of ‘Bhagavad Gita As It Is’.
