About US

ISKCON Bhagavad Gita Pathshala is started with an aim to spread the teachings of the “Timeless Science of Bhagavad Gita” all over the world through programs suited for different age groups. It is an initiative under the aegis of Bhaktivedanta Gurukul and International School(BGIS), Vrindavan. It is started under the guidance of Dr. Lila Purushottam Das who is the director of BGIS and is also working as a Professor at IIT Kanpur.

He is assisted by a group of IIT Kanpur graduates who are inspired by the teachings of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the Founder Acharya of ISKCON. ISKCON has been instrumental in helping all sections of society to inculcate the values by the time tested, most efficient and proven formulas from the world-famous literature – Bhagavad Gita, through a variety of courses, seminars, quiz competitions and a variety of activities all over the world.

Learn Gita Live Gita

‘Learn Gita Live Gita’ - An online course is an initiative of the ISKCON Bhagavad Gita Pathshala to help people at large understand and apply the principles of Bhagavad Gita in their life irrespective of their age, profession, caste etc. through different online/ offline courses. In the recent past by the tireless efforts of the Founder Acharya of ISKCON, Srila A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada people all over the world especially the intelligent class have recognized the importance of teaching of Bhagavad Gita in one’s life and are taking interest in studying Bhagavad Gita. With an aim to facilitate all such intellectuals in pursuing their study of Bhagavad Gita ISKCON Bhagavad Gita Pathshsala has been established.
