Hare Krishna!!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

From 19th May to 23rd May<\/strong>, Ranchi became a beautiful spiritual home for devotees from all across India during the unforgettable LGLG Summer Retreat 2026<\/strong>. Organized in the divine association of HG Lila Purushottam Prabhuji (Director, IIT Mandi)<\/strong> and HG Gopali Priyadarshani Mataji<\/strong>, the retreat brought together hearts united by devotion, chanting, learning, and service to Krishna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than 600 devotees<\/strong> joined from different parts of the country, including devotees from IIT Mandi, IIT Kanpur, IIT Patna, ISKCON Dehradun, ISKCON Ranchi, Bhakti Vedanta Gurukul Vrindavan, Learn Geeta Live Geeta congregations<\/strong>, and many other places across India. Though everyone came from different backgrounds, languages, and cities, the holy name united everyone as one spiritual family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The retreat focused deeply on the mood of \u015aara<\/strong>\u1e47\u0101gati<\/strong> \u2014 complete surrender unto Krishna \u2014 inspired through the beautiful bhajans of \u015ar\u012bla Bhaktivinoda <\/strong>\u1e6ch\u0101kura<\/strong>. Alongside this, devotees were immersed in enlightening discussions on \u015ar\u012b Caitanya Carit\u0101m<\/strong>\u1e5bta<\/strong>, especially the divine narrations of Jharkhand Lila<\/strong>, and profound classes on Chapter 15 of Bhagavad Gita<\/strong>, revealing the eternal connection between the soul and the Supreme Lord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mornings Filled with Devotion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every day began early in the most auspicious atmosphere with the transcendental vibrations of Ma<\/strong>\u1e45gala \u0100rati<\/strong>. Before sunrise, devotees gathered together in the temple hall with kart\u0101ls, m\u1e5bda\u1e45gas, and joyful k\u012brtan that filled the entire environment with spiritual energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After Ma\u1e45gala \u0100rati came peaceful and attentive japa meditation sessions<\/strong>, where devotees chanted the holy names together:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mornings continued with deeply enriching Caitanya Carit\u0101m<\/strong>\u1e5bta classes<\/strong>, where devotees heard about the beautiful pastimes of Lord Caitanya Mah\u0101prabhu, especially His travels through the forests of Jharkhand. Listening to these narrations while being physically present in Jharkhand itself made the experience even more special and emotional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the most cherished parts of every day was the guided chanting session by HG Lila Purushottam Prabhuji<\/strong>. These sessions touched everyone deeply. Through his heartfelt guidance, chanting became not merely a practice but a personal conversation with Krishna. The atmosphere during these sessions was filled with silence, surrender, tears, smiles, and deep spiritual realization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afternoons of Learning, Activities and Association<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The afternoons of the retreat were filled with joyful learning, creativity, and wonderful association among devotees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many engaging activity sessions were organized, including kartaal learning workshops, sanskaar classes, baking sessions, \u015bloka recitation<\/strong>, and many other devotional activities. These sessions gave everyone an opportunity to learn practical devotional skills while spending meaningful time together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The delicious pras\u0101dam<\/strong> served throughout the retreat became another unforgettable part of the experience. Every meal was lovingly prepared and joyfully honored together by devotees from all over the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After lunch, devotees gathered once again for chanting sessions and inspiring Bhagavad Gita classes<\/strong>. As evening approached, everyone joined together for beautiful \u0101rati<\/strong>, melodious singing of Caur\u0101\u1e63<\/strong>\u1e6dakam<\/strong>, and glowing deep d\u0101n<\/strong>, where lamps illuminated the atmosphere with devotion and gratitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each day felt spiritually complete \u2014 filled with hearing, chanting, service, learning, and loving association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Blissful Charan Pahadi Yatra<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the most special and spiritually moving experiences of the retreat was the visit to Charan Pahadi Dham<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Surrounded by the natural beauty of Jharkhand\u2019s forests and hills, the dham carried a deeply peaceful and sacred atmosphere. As devotees walked together chanting the holy names, it felt as though the pastimes of Lord Caitanya Mah\u0101prabhu were still alive in those forests.

Hearing about Mah\u0101prabhu\u2019s Jharkhand Lila while standing amidst the forests made everyone emotional. It is said that during His journey through Jharkhand, even the wild animals \u2014 elephants, tigers, deer, and birds \u2014 forgot their natural enmity and danced together in ecstasy upon hearing the holy names of Krishna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standing there, many devotees expressed with laughter and emotion:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe wish we could become the elephants and tigers of the Jharkhand forests and simply dance in ecstasy to the holy names forever.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The yatra was not just a visit to a holy place; it became an experience of deep longing for pure devotion and complete absorption in Krishna consciousness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sa<\/strong>\u1e45k\u012brtana Yatra \u2014 Ranchi Became Krishna-mayi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the most energetic and memorable moments of the retreat was the grand Sa<\/strong>\u1e45k\u012brtana Yatra<\/strong> from OTC Ground to Galaxia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hundreds of devotees came together with m\u1e5bda\u1e45gas, kart\u0101ls, dancing, and loud chanting of the maha-mantra. As the sa\u1e45k\u012brtana moved through the streets, the entire city atmosphere transformed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The roads became completely Krishna-mayi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

People stopped their vehicles, gathered outside shops, watched from balconies, smiled, folded their hands, and many joined the chanting and dancing. The vibrations of the holy name spread throughout the streets of Ranchi, touching the hearts of everyone present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For those moments, it truly felt as though the whole city was immersed in devotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hare Krishna Festival \u2014 A Grand Krishna-mayi Celebration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 22nd May<\/strong>, the retreat witnessed the spectacular Hare Krishna Festival<\/strong>, which became one of the grandest highlights of the entire event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What a musical, colorful, and Krishna-filled evening it was!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than 2000 visitors<\/strong> attended the festival and became mesmerized by the devotional atmosphere. From captivating drama performances<\/strong> and beautiful devotional dances to soul-touching k\u012brtans and the energetic finale of Bhajan Clubbing<\/strong>, every moment overflowed with joy and devotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the major highlights of the evening was the visit of Shri Santosh Kumar Gangwar, the Governor of Jharkhand. <\/strong>Deeply appreciating the devotional atmosphere and the positive impact of the movement, he remarked:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His words reflected appreciation for the inclusive spirit and spiritual upliftment that Krishna consciousness can bring to every section of society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The entire festival atmosphere radiated happiness, unity, and devotion. Visitors joyfully honored the delicious pras\u0101dam and many experienced the warmth and joy of devotional culture for the very first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Retreat That Will Remain in Hearts Forever<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the retreat came to an end on 23rd May<\/strong>, hearts became filled with gratitude, realizations, smiles, tears, and countless beautiful memories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The final feedback sessions became emotional as devotees shared how deeply the retreat had touched their lives \u2014 through chanting, classes, association, service, k\u012brtan, and the mercy of devotees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For many, these five days were not just a retreat. They were a reminder of what true happiness feels like \u2014 a life centered around Krishna, filled with simplicity, devotion, and loving association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A heartfelt gratitude goes to ISKCON Ranchi<\/strong>, all the organizers, volunteers, devotees, and servants who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make the entire retreat smooth, joyful, and spiritually uplifting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ranchi Summer Retreat 2026<\/strong> was not merely an event.
It was an experience of devotion.
It was a family united by the holy name.
